Hi, i want to build a Cold W/e but i cant think it by myself, i ll apreciate some hellp ^^, im new

Well, you need to answer a few questions...

What do you want to do to your enemy?
Bleed? - go sword
Knockdown? - hammer, easily
Disrupt? - axe

What do you want to do as an ice wielder? (Conjure Frost is a given)
Protect yourself? (defensive enchantments - not good with conjure)
Dmg your enemy? (Ice isn't good with it but it's not as weak as earth)
Slow/harass your enemy? (VERY good skills for rendering enemy unescapable)

Warrior/elementalist
12+1+3 axe
10+1 strength
8 water

Eviscerate
Conjure Frost
Ice prison/frozen burst
Res sig
Frenzy
Executioner's
Disrupting chop
Penetrating blow/fear me.

Give that one a shot.

I'm not going to dictate a build to you, but a good setup is to play your regular warrior build along with some combination of Armour of Mist (to chase runners), Frozen Burst (for PBAoE damage/slow) or Water Trident (for knockdowns on runners).
